This text is part of the report of an academic research and extension project, aimed at emphasizing the knowledge of subjectivities and individualities of adolescents, coming from territories marked by violence and precarious provision of services by the State, through public policies.With this aim, the project defines as one of the parameters for the development of its analyses, the law 8069/90, which governs the Statute of Children and Adolescents, which, through the necessary relationship with State policies, establishes the paradigm of full protection.
