Metodologias de ensino da língua brasileira de sinais - LIBRAS: proposta de ensino para ouvintes por meio de produções literárias surdas

The Brazilian Sign Language - Libras, recognized by Law 10.436 / 2002 has been gaining space in the school environment. The discipline of Libras, in line with Decree 5,626 / 2005, which provides for the use and dissemination of Libras, occurs in the municipality of Porto Nacional in basic education for hearing students. Teaching is relevant to the formation of the individual and there is a growing concern with the teaching-learning of students as well as the search for methodologies that effect the doing-educating. Since early childhood education, students have contact with literature as a tool that the teacher appropriates to teach cultural, social and linguistic aspects of a language. Thus, the question arises: how to use deaf literary productions as a resource for teaching Libras as L2?. Thus, this research aims to present a proposal for teaching Libras to listeners through deaf literary productions. Deaf literature is expressed, in a signed and written form, with historical, cultural and struggling characteristics of the deaf people, which provides the practice of Reading signed texts presented in videos. The method was applied in a private school in the municipality of Porto Nacional - during the practice of internship as a conductor. This research is classified as applied, taking a qualitative approach, using the hypothetical-deductive method, which is characterized by action research. Therefore, it was noticeable that the teaching of Libras to listeners became effective through deaf literary productions, as it was promoted a dynamic and active teaching in which students were able to apply their knowledge and produce in the target language.
