Análise de etapas tradutórias em Libras como proposta de produção de texto-vídeo de saúde pública

The research is aligned with Translation Studies in the investigation of academic publications that focus on the translation stages in Libras. The aim of the study is to build a health journalistic translation product for the target audience, the deaf. We aligned ourselves with Translation Studies, focusing on the definition of translation as a communicative action and on the stages of producing translations into Libras. The research methodology is qualitative, descriptive and with commented translation. The data shows that the translation took place in three stages: pre-translation, translation and post-translation.
