A UTILIZAÇÃO DE VÍDEOS DO YOUTUBE COMO RECURSO DIDÁTICO PARA O ENSINO DE LIBRAS COMO L2 EM UMA ESCOLA DE SÃO LUÍS-MA

With the advancement of information and communication technologies, new possibilities arise when developing support tools for teachers and students. The YouTube platform that today is used frequently by the majority of teachers, with the aim of promoting more dynamic classes that are capable of motivating students to study, as it has diverse content and access is free. Therefore, this article aims to investigate the use of the platform and the functionality of YouTube videos as a teaching resource for teaching LIBRAS as L2. The work methodology was constructed from a bibliographical investigation, considering the survey of texts by authors who discuss the chosen theme. Furthermore, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied using the Google Forms application. It was concluded that the topic is relevant today and the satisfactory results of the investigation demonstrated that this is an excellent teaching resource for teaching Libras.
