What is this sign? Lib, na app of technical terms in Libras

This paper aims to better understand the dynamics of deaf students with higher education and Libras, Brazilian Sign Language, as well as its relationship with technology and regionalism. To this end, it was made use of a method of Design projects aimed at the active participation of the interesting parts for the project, Design Thinking. Within this method were used tools that allowed to approach the problem, the immersion, ideation and prototyping. As a result of this process, an application prototype has been developed that seeks to unify the technical terms being created in Libras at higher education universities across Brazil. This prototype is still under development, só the result presented here needs to go through more prototyping and user testing cycles. At the end of the process, it was understood the need for Libras speakers to unify the signals being created throughout the national territory, the interest of the Deaf community for this and the technical validation of the proposed application along with the interaction of its target audience.
