Formação Continuada a Partir da Escola: articulação entre libras, língua portuguesa e currículo na educação de surdos

It aims to understand topics that Education professionals working in schools under the jurisdiction of the Regional Superintendence of Education of Nova Venécia / ES with the registration of deaf people point to continuing education.It is based on Boaventura de Sousa Santos (2007, 2010) and authors of special education, such as Quadros (1997) andLacerda (2006).It uses qualitative research and case study, using documentary analysis, moments of continuous training and the realization of focus groups and interviews, involving pedagogical technicians and school supervisors from the Regional Superintendence of Education, pedagogues, coordinators and educational service teams specialized in schools in the period of July and December of 2018.As a result, it highlights the need for continuing education in context based on themes arising from Education professionals; training proposals that challenge these subjects to compose curricula that are more attentive to the inclusion of deaf people; the link between theory and practice in continuous (and not punctual / spaced out) investments in teacher training; the articulation of the common class and the support networks in learning Libras, Portuguese as a second language for the deaf and other curriculum components.
