The research carried out aims to respond to specific questions related, directly or indirectly, to the educational practices of accessibility and equalization of opportunities, relevant to students with Specific Learning Disorders (ASD) and ADHD and their correspondence with legislation and educational inclusive policies in Brazil.The guiding principle of this investigation consisted of analyzing, together with the NAIs, students with Specific Learning Disorders considered as public-apart from inclusive education and verifying the presence or lack of support for them in access to learning in the graduation courses at the Federal Universities.State of Minas Gerais, bem as it is and how the teachers are being oriented how much they support these students.Our research center was established by the eleven Federal Universities of the State of Minas Gerais.Our objectives are to understand how the NAIs interact with the students and their teachers, from the selection process, how the NAIs guide the teachers in relation to the demands of the students; the supports offered for hair Nuclei; and understand the support and support of other sectors for the effectiveness of accessibility and equalization of opportunities.Our hypothesis was that none of the UF de MG were organized in a way to meet the demand of students in the function of persistent confusion as to whether, or not, students with ADHD and TEAp choose public-alvo das inclusive activities of the NAIs in the universities.We opted for the use of the qualitative approach and carried out a case study of the UF of MG, launching most of the documentary research on electronic sites and semi-structured interviews with the NAI coordinators.Furthermore, we carried out a literature review and an extensive bibliographical research on the legislation and current public policies that support the education of students with TEAp in higher education.We consider that our objectives have been achieved, as new quests will arise from thi...
