EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL E OS DESAFIOS DO ENSINO DE LIBRAS PARA O ALUNO SURDO NO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL I
Resumo
The present work seeks to promote a discussion on the inclusion of deaf students in school, highlighting the challenges of teaching LIBRAS to achieve inclusion, guaranteeing a quality school life. Highlighting the importance of inclusion in schools; discussing the difficulties encountered in the process of teaching Libras, and understanding how teachers and interpreters consider inclusion. In view of this, some decisive points are addressed, such as the Brazilian Federal Constitution (1988), the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education (LDB) n 9394/96, the National Education Plan (2014) as well as the National Policy on Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education (2008) that provide legal support for quality education. OBJECTIVE: to analyze the inclusion of deaf students in school, highlighting the challenges of teaching LIBRAS to achieve inclusion, guaranteeing a quality school life. METHODOLY: The methodology used was through descriptive qualitative research, which uses information from reality itself. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The results demonstrate that the challenges end up happening in all orders and levels, and coming from the diversity of personalities, that is, they can arise from the domestic education provided by the families, from the potentialities, difficulties and problems externalized by each student who does part of the classroom.
