A inclusão do aluno surdo na educação básica

This work had as its theme the inclusion of the deaf student in basic education. Since the vast majority of these students still suffer from prejudice today, where laws are not as clear about their role as students and where schools do not yet have adaptations and instructions for such students. Understanding the physiology and auditory anatomy, among such forms of deficiency that may be correlated to such. Passing through the knowledge of a proper language denominated here in Brazil as the Brazilian Sign Language – LIBRAS, and since then, students with hearing impairment, can be included in basic education to learn content equal to all other students. Although their needs are guaranteed by law, the teachings in schools are still unequal because of the lack of teachers and teachers with little knowledge of the subject. This has a great need to broaden the knowledge and discussions about LIBRAS and how to improve the inclusion of these people with hearing needs, the school environment and even society, guaranteeing a more dignified life.
